How long does it take to print?
Most phone cases are ready in 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the design and queue.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our machines support QR payments (GCash, Maya), Credit/debit cards (online), and Cash (available in all machines).

Casy PH was founded in December 2024 to disrupt the stagnant mobile accessory market by transforming phone cases from generic utilities into canvases for self-expression. Recognizing that Filipinos value both digital identity and instant gratification, the founders set out to bridge the gap between high-end personalization and mass-market accessibility.
Casy Ph pioneered the "Live Print" model in the Philippines. By integrating state-of-the-art UV-printing technology into a streamlined retail format, Casy PH empowered customers to create laboratory-grade, custom-designed cases in under 10 minutes. This shift from "buying" to "creating" turned a simple transaction into a premium retail experience.

Do you provide assistance for location selection?
Scouting and securing a location is the partner’s responsibility. However, our team evaluates your proposed site to ensure it meets Casy’s requirements (foot traffic, power, internet) prior to approval.
How long does it take to achieve ROI?
ROI varies depending on location, foot traffic, rental rates, and sales performance. High-traffic locations such as malls and transport hubs generally yield faster returns.
How long does it take to deploy a machine?
Once all requirements are completed and the location is approved, deployment typically takes 30 to 60 days, including machine preparation, testing, and installation.
Do I need retail experience?
No. You may apply as an individual, sole proprietor, partnership, or corporation. No prior retail experience is required, as the vending machine operates autonomously.
Are there renewal or royalty fees?
There is NO renewal fee. A 5% royalty fee is applied based on gross sales to support system maintenance, software updates, and ongoing operational support.
Will Casy provide training?
Yes. Casy provides initial training, machine orientation, and ongoing technical support to ensure smooth operations.
